What you can write to us about

• A result that looks wrong. Please include the page address, the salary and options you entered, and the figure you expected (from a payslip, for example). Leave out anything that identifies you, such as your National Insurance, SIN, TFN, PPS or IRD number.
• A tax rate, band or threshold that is out of date, ideally with a link to the official source
• A calculator that doesn't work, along with the browser and device you're using
• Suggestions for new calculators, countries or improvements

When to expect a reply

We read every message and usually reply within a few days.

What we can't help with

We can't give personal tax or financial advice, work out your tax code or check your own payslip or tax return. For that, contact your tax authority or a qualified adviser.
